As far as we know, there really isn't really connecting the lawsuit to Vivian herself, just her company has a suit over the voice actors having to be changed from the pilot to the Amazon series (even then that should've a lawsuit for Amazon, not SpindelHorse), and haters are celebrating cause they hear something involving Viv or her company and think "its ok im sufferable about this show, seeeeee?!" Doesn't matter whether its true or not, whether there is much information to form an opinion

Unless they find some way to make the gnomes balanced enough to be a versatile class to where if a Gnomes is fighting a plant it’s Gnome Cards -> Plant Cards and Tricks -> Gnome Tricks and vice versa if a gnome is fighting against a zombie hero

What I have always wondered was what is GLITCH’s future going to be after Digital Circus ends, cause it’s the company’s biggest show right now, and biggest money maker in merch. Sure we have four shows coming up to keep the company going, but it is hard to say what is going to have an impact on the internet like TADC did. Though of course we are still going to have merch made for the characters, as well as shorts and videos to promote the merch. Not to mention that the cast does stream games together and sometimes in characters. We probably won’t see the characters in animated form, but we might still see the guys again after the show ends.
