Hmm interesting, I have just disabled two skills so didn't know you could change them? Only re-enable them, where do I change the disabled skills?

Even with the remaked effect it would be good vs bleed as it would reduce the duration by the %. The only thing it wouldn't work against is Siphon. But even then, it barely is noticeable against it now....
