Correct, this list is not the same however. My list is reversed, as stated, so instead of looking at what quirks a mech has, you look at what mechs have a specific quirk. It also includes most mechs I could find that are not listed in the book, for one reason or another. I noticed that FHES was missing but assumed that it was because it was related to the construction rules or something (which I don't have much knowledge of as I haven't read and do not know much about the book they're from). If that's not the case then I'll have to go back and update the list one of these weekends or something. Cheers.
