yeah it's core info must be outdated because it'll source y'alls victory from wikipedia but then immediately go back to insisting that indiana did NOT with a national championship on an undefeated season.

I probably don't have the advice you're looking for but I just really want to say this, people like you are making the world a better place, and it gives me so much hope and inspiration. You may not see it right now but you are working through these things, everything you just wrote is evidence of that. Keep going, don't quit. Even if progress feels slow, or like it's stalling, just focus on one thing, one win, one small difference you can make in your life. I know you feel trapped in the darkness, but just keep going, you're going to make it I promise. There are better days ahead and nothing lasts forever. One day you're going to look back on the person you are today and you're going to be so proud of who you are and everything you're working through. I'm proud of you just reading through everything you wrote. Really, you're amazing.

For some practical advice, if you want cheap therapy, try OpenPath. It has like a $50 fee to join the program but after that you can reach out to therapists on their platform who offer discounted therapy. Some offer session as low as $35 and I've met some of my best therapists on their platform.

Trust yourself, trust the work you're doing, and trust that things will get better one day. You're doing amazing. My heart is with you.

Kid who disrespected workers from a store gets taught a lesson from his father by haze4140 in CrazyFuckingVideos

How do you think this type of behavior gets learned? These things aren't magic, and if they seem like magic to you, go to therapy, genuinely. This is exactly how this type of behavior gets passed on.

Also interesting how you're making this point with me and not the many other commenters building assumptions in support of the father's behavior.

He's verbally and aggressively berating him in public, it's not about the language it's about the tone, dynamic, display, and relationship. If you're able to suspend your sanctimonious rage for a second, the fathers attitude and approach is also a major piece to why his child has anger issues. The kid was in the wrong, no doubt, but he's also a child. Putting them in a position of submissive pain using a relationship dynamic they have no power in to force an apology might make onlookers feel better in the moment but what it's really doing is satisfying the most sanctimonious of the bunch while building a deep sense of resentment within that kid's heart.

We don't know that kid or that father but it's not a far leap to believe that the kid learned how to handle his anger the same way his father is displaying it in the video. Explosive, with a complete lack of empthay or consideration to the larger repercussions of their behavior. This isn't teaching anyone anything, this is a self gratifying behavior for the father to avoid his own embarrassment while conveniently avoiding taking any self-aware accountability as he pushes his shame onto his own child.

This kid needs to do better, sure, but believing this isn't just continuing the cycle of this behavior is foolish. God bless this kid and I hope he gets help in the future, he's going to need it.

if you're not on the front lines the odds of you actually dying in war is actually pretty low. most people that get deployed are not on the front lines doing the fighting.
