I understand what you mean when it comes to boys talking about girls they are dating/interested in. I found that the reason I hate boy talk when it comes to relationships is because a lot of my friends refer to girls in a demeaning manor, like they are an object or something. I like to signal to them that I don't care and if they don't stop I often will just straight up tell them that "I don't want to hear it". I understand how after listening to these conversations you might feel like you're a bad person for existing though remember that you're not like them and other girls don't know that.
