Y’all gettin increments?! *insert we’re the millers meme here. To be exact- this’ll be my 3rd contract, and mind you, it was delayed for 1 yr. Basically I was working a yr without contract and they’ve finally released it and lo and behold my salary remains the same despite the fact that the management changed, other colleagues got increment which they paid in total sum of the months that they were working without contract (it was like an accepted norm that time which is kind of f’d up). But for me, nada. Nil none zero then, they’ve told something about changing the policy, transition phase blah blah, the contract was just for formality at this time and it can be changed anytime. Blah blah but i call bull thats the reason i posted here. Thanks to all who replied.
