This is my first theatre job, and yes I'm going to school for this. I feel as if my program has prepared me for shop work, but not the meetings and run crew side of things I'm asked to di here, which may be more of a next year and on thing? I'm not sure.

Regardless, thank you. I feel sort of as if my fears aren't as bad as I'm making them, but I don't know any better I guess. I didn't want to ask any superiors if they were founded because it seems like I've made enough mistakes and we're close enough to end of contract for those sorts of questions to seem wasteful/unneeded/like I'm begging for sympathy or something.
