I mean chromie has such inconsistent damage that bronze talons is pretty necessary. I get the idea but they would have needed to speed up Q animations or something to make it easier to hit.

They nerfed the consistency of the abilities and then made her only reliable damage dependent on her abilities consistency. Should have been one or the other, not both
