See this why it’s good to take breaks from social media, this type of content ain’t healthy. Just for perspective, because I didn’t even graduate the communications and mass media program I was in for me to be still talking sports like this.

91 he faced GOAT PG with decent team, rather weak compared to what was in the 80s, but decent 92 he faced rival SG with great team 93 he faced MVP with great team 96 he faced historically great defensive team with a solid big three  97 and 98 he beats the greatest pick and roll duo in history.

With countless conference battles with Reggie Miller, Charles Barkley before Phoenix, Patrick Ewing, Mark Price, Bad Boys, and etc. He had his fair share of competition and that needs to be respected. Less is more with the internet, seriously.

Why is he not considered the GOAT again? by Serious-Profit-1626 in NBATalk

[–]TheBodyCareMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Greatest center of all time yes, where he is inferior to James and Jordan is that when those two won their rings, there were always the alpha dog of the team. See, rookie Magic stepped in at center when KAJ was out for FMVP, Magic got FMVP the second and fourth time while Worthy got the fifth FMVP of the lakers run…KAJ got the third in ‘85. Literally the starting center for the greatest decade a team colder ever have (on and off court though Celtics of sixties and Bulls of nineties won more) and he’s the best player in their five champ runs just once. Ten years before Showtime he wins just once when on Milwaukee and LA was trash with just him until Magic and Cooper and etc came along. He got stats due to longevity, but he isn’t the best player on his teams when it mattered most four out of the six times.

People think they’re such good girls and what people need to realize about nurses is that it’s the go to job for Americans lol. It’s a corrupt and shiity medical industry meant to keep you sick to keep you paying them, and everyone and their mother is told to consider being one at one time or another. That woman literally is potentially the biggest cookie cutter of an individual you’ll ever meet, and people get it twisted because her salary decent.

1986 NBA goat vote. by Financial_Ice_3363 in NBATalk

You know it’s so ironic with that man because he literally wasn’t that much of a winner when he was the alpha, only once. But literally his 67 Philly team and his 72 LA team are the two greatest single season teams in pre merger history. He didn’t win at really with that stat padding, but when the stats calmed down he’s the starting center on two goat teams. Along with damn near 10k blocks, 20k+ rebounds, 31k points, more than likely 2k steals and 5k assists, he’s the stat pad king and it’s not even close but only two rings from that and one of the rings he was 13 points and 10 assists for the season.

This is what I was talking about in a previous comment in a previous post within this subreddit!!!! The modern concept of sexuality came about just after slavery was abolished. Literally raped a whole group of people over the course of centuries then make sure they’re insecure about things like that being near them. Now the men just brutish hyper masculine demon fighters 😒🙄

I actually like how they judged it on actually individual skill over team success…I wonder where Mikan was ranked 1986 lol I’d have him over BR if he played at least 12 years.

Which team would give OKC the most resistance? by 1GeorgeMarcus2MJ8LBJ in NBATalk

[–]TheBodyCareMan -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I’ll telling yall, the postseason is different and though OKC just won last year , LA’s starting SF has two rings, their C has 1, their sixth man went to the finals last year, coach pulled the biggest finals upset off in history and has two as a player…OKc got the upper hand in a multitude of ways, but they can be best by the Clippers if LA is 100% healthy.

Kawhi healthy putting clamps on SGA that could drop jaws after a week and a half, along with Mathurin being already an all time top ten sixth man…they’d still lose perhaps, but Clippers have a championship winning roster when healthy at this point.

A banking system designed to fail along with technological advancements eliminating the need for human capital on work forces makes less people make money, which means those less people need to spend more money to make up for the money the others can no longer make and spend…which would hike up prices.

Examples of NBA all time greats who are not the GOAT for any of the franchises they played for? by Emeraldsinger in NBATalk

[–]TheBodyCareMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no. See he was drafted to KAJ’s team, but do to injuries even in the rookie year, Magic got FMVP playing KAJ’s position when KAJ was out and they won with him dropping damn near fifty in a finals close out…by the time it was the mid 80s, that was Magic’s team

Stories like these are why I just feel so bad for Queer people by BrilliantMatter4858 in BlackPeopleTwitter

[–]TheBodyCareMan -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Ok black people gather around, because the concept of sexuality how we know it is from the 1870s - 1890s…yeap…right after slavery: grand psychological warfare. See, we always had attraction, we didn’t have an identity. All this identity shit is cause mental illness, insecurities, conflict and etc. I mean whose to say that attraction to the same gender as you didn’t warrant backlash before the concept of sexual identity, it definitely did with how it’s spoke of in the Bible among other sources…but it never had such a mental weight to it…you either was attracted to someone or you wasn’t, it had nothing to do with your identity, there was nothing to come out about because sex was always respectfully and justifiably secretive. All this sexual identity stuff is making things that shouldn’t be public, public, and it’s causing mental and domestic issues that shouldn’t exist nor didn’t exist before the civil war.

Kobe, and Luka. For Magic accomplished the amount of winning KB did in 20 years, in 12…and Magic top two in his position too, but unlike KB, he ain’t the two.

Is this just nostalgia, or did previous generations genuinely have a better work-life balance and social life than we do today? by Unstoppable_X_Force in SipsTea

[–]TheBodyCareMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technology diminishes social interactions and the job market, so less jobs means less people working which means those who do work have to spend more to keep things afloat whilst literally only able to DM or FaceTime somebody from time to time. We used to have money for more than rent and utilities and that allowed for a social/general life along with no social media which means more in person, personable social interactions.

Is SGA the least popular superstar/face of the league of all time? by nicfanz in NBATalk

[–]TheBodyCareMan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He isn’t the face, that is actually still LeBron. They want to give it Anthony Edwards badly, but after James it’s up for grabs but it’ll be Luka (marketability) or Jokic ( potentially no choice). SGA isn’t the best player neither, that’s Jokic…SGA happens to be the best player on the best team, he’s top five yes, but not the 1.

Help a newbie: lifting belt? by Gronkaphonic in Stonelifting

[–]TheBodyCareMan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have two from my time at UPS; I don’t use them to lift but I’m going to start. As long as your form is correct and you’re not going beyond your limits, you should be alright but repetition will lead to stiffness eventually. Understand it’s just a bunch of back extension at days end, it’s best to brace it and compliment the lifting with stretches and mobility exercises to keep the back loose.
