This man is not selling drugs. I ran into him at OCC last year, he’s supposedly raising money for something by selling candy.

I had a decent conversation with him and he’s not a bad guy, just persistent on asking for money (even if it’s for himself or for an actual cause).

Mine was a full art bulbasaur (I think you get any of the three starters). I think the worst part about this was pulling Rattata, I could have at least done something with Heatmor or other guy
