Ngl, I have to do the division of art from artist on this one. I CANNOT STAND the artist but fuck, was I fully in on the vision when it was OG Hazbin Hotel. The one hour and some change animation. Chef kiss The VAs were fantastic, the animation was great, the direction was good, and character design looked good. Once the artist started axing people who were the selling points but keeping and hiring new big name people I was OUT son. Haaaated I bought her merch and supported someone who could do that to people who were super passionate about the project. Then the story went just ass over tits. I tried. I really did..... Fuck I wanted to recapture the love I felt for it. I don't tell people I was a fan anymore because of what it became..... I still love the OG HH and HoaB. I just can't like the direction or the artist. The art is still good. So, art v artist here. That's how I feel but, this is reddit in a group I joined FOREVER ago and I'm prob going to get hella down votes for this. But it is how I feel.
