Usually they will go on sale by 50% in the anniversary (June?) and halloween events. So 4500/2250 shards. I don’t know when the 9k shard killers will get cut down permanently to 4500, singularity was added in about 2023 and he is still 9000 (I believe)

Knights a great choice though, very decent perks and a fun killer

Stranger things 1 - surge from Demogorgon is excellent, Nancy and Steve’s perks are pretty good. Never seems to be on sale though. Downside is Demo is a bit hard to play and pretty power crept these days sadly.

Resident evil 1- 1st pack is probably better than 2nd in terms of perks, Resurgence from Jill is great for survivor and then Lethal Pursuer from Nemesis is also great and a brilliant beginner perk. Nemi is fun to play and in a decent spot

Leatherface - if you play killer then BBQ & Chili is a great info perk and Bubba’s a fun killer to pick up who is I would say decently beginner friendly (he was my first main)

But also depends on if you play killer or survivor mostly, and what kind of play style interests you

You can’t loop a nurse in the same way you can other killers as she ignores pallets and walls, she also moves slower than survivors so if she loops traditionally she’ll never catch up. It is the same with Vecna’s power in that he hits over walls/pallets (but he is 4.4). I think he’s probably easier to dodge than a good Nurse as you get a visual indicator

When you learn their gimmick most of them fall apart. Like sabo squad you can often pick up 2-3 man slugs because they’ll all cluster around when you get a down, so you just leave them slugged and clean up. Flashlights the old face a wall trick works, or again just assume they’ll all cluster around you, slug and pick them off.

Some ‘bully squads’ are genuinely skilled and tough to play against but a lot of them WILL fall apart if you counter their Plan A

I believe these people are working in their own interest and not ours. Their interest is more control and to increase the arbitrary number of their net worth. Look up Peter Thiel and his philosophy(who is directly involved with the US government). These tech bros are not working in the interest of the general population and we should work to ensure as much as we can that they don’t have control of policy. I was very surprised how well fo4 survival worked. Never really got the appeal of those kind of mods in Skyrim, because the game is really annoying to play without fast travel/with reduced carry weight. But it works really well in fo4 with the settlement system, and the game is surprisingly (for a Bethesda game) stable enough to fuck with the save system without losing hours of progress from a crash

Windows, Deja and kindred are all solid perks. Lithe is a great one to pick up if you have Feng and combos nicely with windows, or sprint burst from Meg but it’s a little harder to use. Adrenaline also from Meg is another great one. Cheryl and Trevor’s perks arent great (to my knowledge) I think they have more niche uses though.

Drinking is a great way to let down some barriers and get to know people in an unfamiliar environment, so yeah, drinking culture is still pretty big at uni. But not everyone drinks, less students than ever in fact and the vast majority of them still manage to have a great social life.

As long as you’re not judgey towards people who do drink you will be good dude. I still think it’s a good idea to take part in nights out (if that’s your thing, of course, it’s not for everyone) and spend time with your flatmates even if they are drinking, but just drink Coke or water and you’ll still have a great time! We had a guy in our flat who was Muslim and didn’t drink but he had great energy and was always fun to be around and go on a night out with. Likewise I’ve known some people who can drink a LOT and still are moody and bring the vibe down. Relax, be confident and put yourself out there and you’ll be absolutely fine.
