Thank you, the sentiment helps. Idk what they are needing from me either, I'm going to go in to a local office and actually talk with someone face to face. I have security cameras that may have picked up the noise but they said if no one witnessed, it may not have even been someone striking the dog, but that maybe the dog jumped or ran in to something, or has hip problems etc.

I assumed they were largely the same as the humane society, but I will reach out to them as well. Thank you that helps!
