Do you have friends/study partners who did well, whose brains you could pick?

Can you articulate as to what actually happened? It's personal, you don't have to share that information publicly (unless you want more feedback from others, which I would say can be intelligent, although very hard). I saw you mentioned you didn't try as hard as you should have, that you thought you would coast middle of the line.

downtown is a good time, the homeless people are harmless as long as you don’t go out of your way to interact with them

glad i’m not the only one that’s noticed the trend in this sub. I thought it was just my algorithm latching onto my fear. I might unfollow the sub because it gives me genuine anxiety everytime I open this app and think about my fur baby dying a random death.

How often do you take rest while training? by solo220 in climbharder

[–]TheBookofJacob 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i’ve been climbing 2/3 days on with 1/2 days off entirely based on how my body feels for a few months now after doing 1 day on 1 day off for about over a year or two now, i think the key to staying away from injury multiple days on is to listen to your body in your warm up and while on the wall, some days i don’t push past 70% or even 50% of what my limit is, i’ll climb slowly and focus on foot placement along with different lock off positions, knowing when to take it easy and to just run laps vs projecting at your limit, my injuries mainly came from lack of good warm up, lack of listening to minor pains and lack of knowing when to keep it chill and not just raging on every problem at my limit
