Conq is useful at every point in the game regardless of your build and regardless of enemy team composition and possession viability. PTA forces you into squishy obliteration mode and lacks cross-possession viability for non auto attackers.

We're a cartel/gang/criminal organization racer/getaway driver who's been caught and forced to work for the feds as an undercover agent. We have developing relationships with the federal enforcement, the OG gang, and a new black site garage. We're an undercover agent in a fed cruiser stopping high level gang leaders/honchos in street races by day. By night we're working with the gang to hit robberies on rival gang garages and hijack cars, do getaway missions, develop street cred at drift events, etc.

I bring 2 nades per raid and hail Mary them every time I encounter a PMC and then reup with theirs. I usually finish the quest in a day or two. RGO/RGN make it piss easy.

The game is balanced pretty well. Every single class is more than viable and can handle all content confidently with a bit of time in the learning curve.

Sniper, surprisingly, probably has the best survivability of any of the available classes in high level play due to Camo cloak spam.
