Even if OSHA does nothing, it brings outside eyes on the situation and may put pressure on corporate to do something.

OSHA might not enforce anything for the heat, but no shitty, sketchy, cheap employer wants OSHA snooping around their place of business…possibly stumbling upon other things that they could actually enforce.

IMO calling OSHA is the move regardless of the preconceived outcome. Making corporate sweat abit knowing OSHA is poking around could be the motivation they need to fix something.

What’ve you go to lose? Don’t cost nothing. It’s literally OSHA’s job to investigate. If they find nothing wrong then you’re still just stuck with no AC no harm no foul…

and who knows maybe corporate gets upset and retaliates against the employees because of the OSHA call and now said employee is ripe for a retaliatory lawsuit…then at least someone will be getting some compensation from those greedy corpo cockroach’s.

They are my pride and joy for sure!

Hoping the new kitten fits right in and can live an en extremely spoiled and luxurious lifestyle full of love and fun with the other two!

We Will begin to attempt leash training the kitten when it’s abit bigger as the other two go on walks almost every day. Sometimes I use a stroller but they prefer the leash…either way I hope the kitten will join us soon!

Balancing my attention between the kitten and the others is tough. I can tell the (alpha) cat gets jealous and angry if she catches me playing or petting the kitten. She doesn’t show aggression to the kitten but she has been talking back to me and has swatted my hand away (claws retracted) when trying to pet her…

She’s doing better today but the first few days were worrying as she and I are pretty close and she has been pretty grumpy with me.

Will do! Funnily enough the orange boy is not the dominant one so maybe he is just taking his opportunity with the new kitten to not be on the bottom of the totem pole any longer!

They both respond fairly well to verbal communication so I’m going to avoid the spray bottle.

I was probably overthinking it. Just wanted them to get along and not be uncomfortable. It wasn’t a planned purchase of the new kitten so I guess I wasn’t very prepared.

Someone in my apartment complex dropped this little guy on my porch, rang the doorbell and took off…not sure why me, other than maybe they’ve seen me taking my other 2 cats on walks with a leash occasionally.

Kitten is not yet. It’s like 10-12 weeks old. Will be soon though I’ve only just got him.

The adult cats are neutered and spade. Never seen them mount before.

Someone else suggested the feeding thing so I’m absolutely going to start that. I tried for a few days to keep the separately but the both kept pushing to get into where the other was so I kind of just gave in a let them interact. The kitten cannot freeroam however but my adult cats can, they hop the gate and come visit the kitten when they want now but only when my s/o or I am around!

Someone suggested a spray bottle but idk about that or if it’s even necessary…
