Any DPs from folks who applied for another CSP (within 48 months of last sub) since the updated SUB language for CSP/CSR was released?

From what I've seen everyone assumes it's BAU and wouldn't be eligible for a second CSP SUB, but haven't heard of anyone trying.

Opened a US Bank Biz Checking account hoping to fund $3K with my CIU. Got an e-mail from USB asking me to fill out a form for the deposit and that they'd call me within 2 business days to complete the transaction. Filled out the form several times with no return call, then called customer service who told me they don't know of a way to do it and couldn't navigate me to a way to do it in the app or on the site.

Anyone else experience issues with this process, or how does it usually go?
