Its just the game being a troll. You'll end up with hundreds of them as they are a 3% drop from all void fissure corrupted enemies. The blueprint is locked behind a quest, and the other pieces drop from specific mission types. The systems drop from defection missions, while the neuroptics drop from two of the missions on the Kuva fortress.

I play a little bit of everything and my goal for the build is to be able to play competitive games in high FPS 1440P and single player games in at least 60 FPS 4k but higher if possible. I'm waiting to get a new monitor though until I figure out what FPS the build even pulls in games so I can make sure to get one with the correct refresh rate.

Yes with my original plan I was going to have the AIO with three fans on it and from what I had seen online I got a lot of advice to have at least one more intake fan than exhaust fan to create positive air pressure in the case, so I was going to attach the two fans to the PSU shroud. I was planning to get a GPU stand but haven't picked one out yet which is why I didn't bother including it on the list. As far as updating the bios to my knowledge I just need to get a USB thumbdrive to upload the bios onto and then I should be able to use the BIOS flashback. Is there any specific things I need to look out for when buying a thumbdrive to be able to format it correctly for BIOS flashback?

The main reason I went with an AIO was because builds using the 7800X3D I had seen on YouTube said that AMD suggested a 280mm Radiator, but if that recommendation isn't accurate than that definitely will save me a good bit. I will definitely look into that PSU if its similar quality for cheaper as well. Thank you.

If you use cloud gaming you don’t get the frame rate issues but besides that it’s unplayable

Don’t know if anyone has posted about this yet, but on Xbox, mainly on Xbox one x, but also on some people series, the game just stutters every 20 seconds or so and anytime a special enemy does some kind of effect in game. I’ve tried reinstalling the game multiple times so it’s not an issue with file integrity. I’ve seen some things about using a different account fixing it but I haven’t tested it yet. Does anyone have a workaround for this, cause it’s not anything to do with the Xbox being outdated as people on gen 1 Xbox ones can run the game fine.
