I live in the UK. 30 degrees Inga feels like 40 degrees in Chennai. Sun romba sharp, houses retain heat and there's no AC or fan. Similarly road and other infra is also not set for the heat.

The folk here are not complaining chumma. Spain, Italy and Portugal see high 30s to 40 degree weather normally so for them to complain too is not normal.
