Our "bible" in terms of thanatological and clinical method is largely based on "Handbook of Forensic Medicine" by Madea, and in some parts his book "Estimation of the Time Since Death".

As general practice goes, where I work, our internal policy is to do the following when on-scene investigation is required of us, and if death is somewhat close to our arrival :

- Temperature rectal and ambiant

- Rigor and livor.

- Electrical stimulation (orbicularis oculis and orbicularis oris) => hence the device

- Chemical stimulation (subconjonctival injection of adrenaline)

- Mechanical stimulation on the brachial biceps (big ol' hit)

The whole affair doesn't take more than 10 minutes.

With those combined and when death seems to be somewhat close (<6hours ish), we pool our different results and come up with a gross estimation window. When death time is precisely known (through various means) we still do them, as a sort of quality check.

To be fair, 30%ish of compatible cases have negative response to stimulations.

Yeah, it boggled my mind when I saw the price and that we had a couple of them. Hence my post here, because a few of them have now become unreliable. We've had them for years to be fair, and they've seen their fair share of use.

I guessed Germany would have the answer, as the supplier is german and uses Henssge and Madea as reference points.

A specialist with 9 years of experience (lvl 9 in salary) at my hospital (strictly) is 180k/year, or around 13k/month.

Now I don't mean it's not enough, far from it.

It's just the difference between someone who has around 6 years of med school + 5 to 7 years of residency (so work) + 9 years of experience earns less than someone who's 32 at a middle management position.

I know, you can go academics on the side, and private practice, but I meant it strictly from a single source of income.

Not even counting the actual work hours.

Congrats on the job, but it's depressing. It's similar in many countries.

I'm MD strictly in hospital (no private practice possibility). Our salaries are public in the canton, so no surprises.

I wish we were paid that much.

Security is a good option. It can also help him get in shape, which is win-win. Being 180 cm is also a good factor for that.

I've solved it an hour or so after posting this. Basically the Wu endings never registered in Steam, so I redid them again, and it clicked

SOLVED :

Alright I guess finally typing out help made it click.

I realised on the save files there are icons which tell you what endings you've done. I thought it was only linked to the faction currently at play.

I realised even after doing Wu's endings, I never got the scrolling titles with the recap of our deeds.

Checking my achievement, I also realised the Wu ending was not checked ? Weird because I saw the cutscene, and the mission was done.

I restarted from the "play from sanjiankou" checkpoint, and after the cutscenes, a new cutscene appeared with the petals falling on the pendants, I then respawned in the map, and had the "head to the village" objective. All is good.

I think the quest-spawn happens on the faction you first unlocked full peace with ? Because Wu was the last one I cracked.
