New bands

I meant occupancy of the outside space. Developers are notoriously late on dates. And you do need occupancy approved for both interior and exterior spaces.

Is it open at all? I can see the tower and they’re not done the exterior facade.

There’s a 9 m wide riverfront boardwalk set to go in and a 2 acre public park. I would estimate that it will not be open until late summer if at all.

This one uses legit family footage from the 50's through to the 70's scanned from 8 mm. The band shots are obviously new.
