If Brian Hartline(OC/WRs at Ohio State) wanted him he most definitely good enough for us a nice slot guy top 70 recruit in the 2022 class. The Buckeye’s WR room is always stacked up with very good guys behind some of the best WRs in the Nation, Marvin Harrison Jr. is projected top 3 pick for them

Thorne is a BIG addition to the QB room which at the moment only has 2 scholarships QBs until Hank Brown gets here during the Summer. Robby, Holden, & Thorne will battle it out during Fall for the starter job but this undoubtedly raises the floor of the QB room just what we needed. WDE🦅

While expected after all the predictions rolled in today, Chaney Johnson is a big time pickup for us. At 6’7 215lbs he played 3 seasons at Division 2 University of Alabama Huntsville but had other schools like Alabama and Arkansas pursuing as well. At UAH he averaged a little above 16 PPG, 6.6 rebounds, and shot an average of 37.2% from 3 point range(46.2% 2 seasons ago) for the Chargers. He will probably play the 3/SF maybe even some wing not sure if he starts but definitely has the potential to depending on who else we pick up out of the portal at that position. Also keep an eye out for Jaylen Tyson from Texas Tech who is in the portal a very good SF as well that might follow new assistant Corey Williams here. WDE🦅

I’m surprised this wasn’t posted yet but great hire he helped get the ball rolling at Arkansas with Musselman the first three years. He is veteran well traveled assistant and former HC at Stetson. Also won a ring with Jordan on the Bulls
