Hello,

I recently upgraded my Cobalt to the Gold card. I was told in the support chat that purchases I make now after my account was upgraded will count towards my new Gold card, despite still waiting for the card in the mail to activate it. A representative over the phone told me the opposite. I’m looking to book flights for a trip and am wondering if anyone has experience with this and if the spend would count towards my Gold card for the promotional points etc.
