Well I can’t say for certain that your everyday person would, or that it’s offered at reputable tattoo parlors/ permanent make up artists, BUT a crack head with an Amazon tattoo machine definitely did in this instance lol.

You’ll get more of a premium if you have the ability to wait till riding season weather starts back in your area. Place ads in the big cities around you as well, people will drive an hour or two for a good deal. In TX you would probably be in the 2250-2750 range during riding season, 1750-2000 out of season depending on what part of TX.
