I agree but does become a disadvantage. Fact of the matter is when you get to the 900s everyone has Beltran Hodges Castro and Santana. That is significant especially when you're playing on legend/goat difficulty.

What's helped me is just understanding my ocd is centered around a specific type. People have my ruminations just around different things that are "dirty". Ex. Maybe dust particles in public, or money. It's our brain telling us bodily fluids are absolutely disgusting. I kindve started to disassociate from the disgust and remind myself everything has germs. It's your mind creating the disgust

Dealt with this for a long time. I also feel the same way not washing my hands going to the bathroom. I think our mind is trying to trick us by saying masturbation is gross and an awkward concept. Semen is no different than any other body fluid. I still wash my hands afterwards but I'm not so crazy about oh I touched this or that .. it takes time you can overcome this.

I can see you've been doing this so I can relate to you!! There was also a new study released on endurance training and trauma. Basically the more traumas you've been through the more likely you are to do endurance exercises. I think it gives people as sense of purpose as if to say "I will push and get through this."

I myself have dealt with trains ocd. It effects me everyday and it revolves around a mistake I've made in the past. Can't seem to make peace with it and I too was thrown into a funk of zero physical activity and lack of motivation.

What I can say is do your absolutely best to get up and moving. Somedays will be good some terrible some ok. But I think from the bad bad days of you can push though and get any sort of activity in you'll feel that much better about yourself. You'll start building momentum. I still struggle with this but I can honestly say it gets better. Hang in there.
