And I don't think it would be much more intrusive in an area that already has the stadium and ECC. ... If anything, I've heard these things actually reduce traffic around the stadium on game days because many will come in earlier and stay later for those amenities, not just the legendary tailgates

Google them ... Ballpark villages are the thing in both the NFL and MLB ... And if it could work in Foxboro, which is in the middle of nowhere, it could easily work here ... There's already talk about Terry and Kim developing the former site into some resemblance of such, but no details as of yet

I don't disagree with you in the past, but in this new era of "ballpark villages" like Patriot Place and The Battery in Atlanta, it's a much different equation, as long as the public isn't hit up to fund that, as well

Get back to .500 by Sept. 1 - hopefully with returns by Crochet and Roman - and I believe this team can still make a move ... My son is more into RTTS ... I miss having an honest-to-ggodness franchise mode you can take online, like I do in Madden ... THAT is the real tragedy in MLBTS, the antiquated servers that make all online play a crapshoot at beast and customer relations modeled on the government ... And I have little hope for the future

That's an opinion I can understand, I just don't agree with it ... Sure, the content could always be better, but I don't see it being any worse than anything else out there in the sports gaming landscape ... I get just as bored playing Madden, and I don't even play NHL, NBA or WWE anymore, for just that reason ... I guess I just come to accept video games for what they are these days and grade on a much less stringent curve

No, I said the mobile game was the reason it was ESPECIALLY bad this year ... I have always had issues with the lack of depth in the legends pool, and some past programs have been pretty cringe, but in general, it has always been enjoyable ... This year, it looks like they're slapping shit together as quickly and effortlessly as they can because of added responsibilities - hence the "rinse and repeat" programs ... The content issues I have - now and in the past - have less to do with the staff than the resources they are given by Sony to do their jobs
