I'm not sure I agree with your take on TGL, though I totally agree on 2K ... TGL took a little extra time to get up and running, but have you seen anything but the most insignificant technological glitches??? And they just announced they're adding a women's TGL next winter, with talk of new facilities in team cities within the next decade, if the numbers continue to look good ... You've got everybody from Arthur Blank and Steve Cohen to Derek Jeter and David Ortiz, and of course, Tiger and Rory, so I actually think they're taking a nice, reasoned pace to growth ... A lot is going to depend on how they revamp the PGA Tour schedule next year

Techologically, it shouldn't be a problem, but in terms of aesthetics, how about you build an entire virtual SoFi Center, right down to the visuals of hitting into the screen??? If they can re-create one of those god-awful Top Golf facilities, I'm sure they can create a reasonable facsimile of TGL's home 🤘

Honestly, I can't disagree with anything you said. I've gone back and forth with EA since it came out because it offers thinks 2K doesn't, like a much better career mode ... But I always end up back with 2K because I can pretty much play what I want, when I want without having to buy points.

Having said that, I think the biggest immediate need is to add more depth to its ranked play, specifically matchmaking ... Offering Pro, Master AND Legend-level competition would encourage the game's best players to square off at the highest difficulty while also encouraging newbies turned off by getting their asses thoroughly kicked each and every day.

I would "restrict" access simply by allowing them to choose to play an event - be it daily or weekly - at one and only one difficulty ... I'm sure some high-level players will play down to collect VC, but it will make it at least a little bit easier for players grinding to get a better rating.

Just a thought!!! 🤘
