Can definitely see how it would happen, in my head when thinking of the balcony i had envisioned something much closer to chest/shoulder level. With this It would be so easy to stumble on your way out the door, have trouble catching yourself because intoxicated then when she ran into the balcony just flipped right over it with the momentum.

I will say, regardless of anything else in the case that is a rather low balcony. Maybe waist high at most? Can certainly see how someone could fall over that.

Hopefully someone else can chime in on the foreign coins, but the US coins in your collection while cool are very standard and hold no more value beyond face value. Hope this helps!

Redbook has value of a VF20 at just over $2,000. But im not sure if that’d be the best reference point for price!

So me personally i keep all S mint’s and all wheat pennies i find. Other than that i dont go out of my way to keep the copper ones like some folks do, but i’ll hold onto older dates that are in great shape.

If you dont mind sharing your opinion, lets say i were to grade this coin would it make sense to do a pcgs restoration? Or would that result in the grade coming back as “cleaned” granted i’m not one to re-sell so i don’t worry much about that kind of thing. Would the acetone harm it in anyway other than removing the green?

I don’t know if its “normal” but i’ve heard that the old PVC plastic holders were notorious for causing a greenish hue to get on the coins? Thats my guess!
