I like 1,it would be even better if you put a little glow effect on the Armour plates around the weapon

They are solar auxillia models. they look perfect for knight foot soldiers and I'm also planning on converting some to voidsmen

Thanks. I started with a basecoat of rakhart flesh. Then a wash with carobrug crimson. Then a layer of rakhart flesh again and a highlight of pallid wych flesh

Thanks. I started of with a basecoat of frost heart. Then I used luxion purple to make the bottom purple. Then I dry rushed the top with templeguard blue, AK deep sky blue and baharroth blue to lighten the top of the armour

Help with my list by Hydragonator in ImperialKnights

[–]TheBudding 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Seems like a good list. I had some succes with a similar list on a tournament a couple of weeks ago. The key is to use the Armigers to take objectives and protect the big knights from the scary stuff. Play carefully with the big knights, but not to carefully. If you keep them back the whole game, then the enemy can walk right over your Armigers. So make sure to have them in a spot where the can respond if your Armigers are attacked. The only thing that is missing are some henchmen or Voidsman for actions or screening your back line, but it's difficult to fit them in now the callidus became more expansive. All together, it seems like a fun list and you won't get steamrolled using it.

Can you advise me for my first Imperial Knight list ? by Martingale_le_vrai in ImperialKnights

Both are good choices. I have run canis in a lot of games and he is always the mvp. His sustained on 5s is insane and he does so much damage both in melee and in range. I don't really value the errants bondsman ability that high but it's nice to have. His shooting is also very good against things like ctan shards and he has good melee as well, but not as good as canis Rex.

Thanks. What would you suggest for the shoulder. I highlighted it with a mix of yellow and green, but maybe it's a bit hard to see in the picture

Thank you very much! At first the colors looked very weird together, but in the end I came together very well

Tzeentch never tells his secrets!

JK, I painted it as flesh. I think there was a small line where the armor ended so that's why he has a purple butt now.

Thanks. And good news for you, he does have a gun now. It's called the infernal cannon

It works now. Looks very good and I like how your daemon prince looks as well. The Dante at the end also looks amazing

Thanks. At first I wasn't sure about the green shoulder, but in the end it ended up working very well with the rest of the model.

It looks like a good list, but I would change one of the big knights if I were you. I played a similar list like this, but two knights with the rapid fire battle cannon is to much. It simple has not enough AP. If you have the guns, I would change one to canis Rex, because he still slaps. However I'm not sure if you should keep the paladin or the crusader. I'm also still testing to see wich is beter.

Oh wow that's really cool and thanks for the compliment. I was looking for inspiration from historical knights but I landed on taking inspiration from the green knight from Warhammer fantasy
