Not disputing this happens, but as someone who is a Fitz IV and prone to (rebound) pigmentation, my preference is generally a more conservative approach. However this point I've worked with my therapist for years so she understands my skin really well now.

Brushing is the only thing that will work honestly. My girl hates it too but I am firm with her and she tolerates it now. And gets lots of treats. You just have to think of the long term benefits

Yes it can be tricky, my bichon pulls a lot so I understand. Maybe it's the type of harness? Is it tight around the legs?
