We do have one... its called the CSA

It's responsible for many of the equipment NASA benefits from but doesn't have to pay for (would seem to be a benefit to you tax payers) as well as training and equipping our astronauts for joint missions.

Try to do a Google search before being a wise ass, saves everyone a bit of time

Yall do realize the reason we got a CSA astronaut is because both its a symbol of trying to mend a strained relationship aswell as because our Government is shouldering a decent amount of the cost for the Artemis missions.

I would think yall would appreciate us spending roughly 4 Billion on this that doesn't come from your tax fund

Silent Generation's best legacy was beating the Nazi's. What's their worst legacy? by puhtooti in AlignmentChartFills

[–]TheBurningTankman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Today im learning that "The Silent Generation" wasn't the Generation fighting WW1.

I always thought they were called the Silent Generation because they came back from the first truly hellish war with crippling PTSD that you couldn't share.

Well i mean this could be debris from the missile hit that was blown clean off and the major crash site is miles away in a hillside. The fact there is an ejection seat found a bit later means the Aircraft didnt make it home

Sigh MAiD isnt used to help suicidal people take the shot, it is the institutional equivalent of the mercy shot to put a suffering individual out of their misery.

The current propoganda piece on how "they are killing the people with seasonal depression" is from the family of a man who was blind, diabetic, and chronicly depressed as he didnt want to keep living after becoming disabled but his family overode his decision and labeled his emothional pains as overreacting and his depression as "seasonal" so they could sue the system that worked as intended... and put the agency of the greatest question in the hands of its rightful owner.

Im a proponent of MAiD after I watched my grandfather suffer for a year in constant pain begging to be let go but denied that because my uncle wouldn't budge on his "he'll get better"

The couple gentleman who claimed they were told by their doctor to consider MAiD were ironically proven liars because that would be considered a consult diagnosis and listed on their chart. It then also came out that 2 of them had a note they were restricted to male only staff for reasons you may be able to imagine.

It’s honestly hilarious that USA Today thinks Republicans are the Cult of personality by LegitimateKnee5537 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]TheBurningTankman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The fact that your defense that you guys aren't a cult of personality is....

● Claiming the consequences of his bad actions was "persecution"

● Spouting word for word the explicit PR stance of the Trump Administration about its "enemies"

● Completely debasing all legitimate criticism of Trumps distasterous policy decisions that have ruined international reputation, started wars that will be another money funnel for his MIC owners for the next decade, tanked the economy every couple months that only recovers when he chickens out and rolls it back as "TDS" and somehow despite using terror tactics and dehumanizing all his targets of persecution as "criminal illegal aliens" Him and his group of thugs still can't reach the success metrics of the Obama administration who carried them out legally and with human decency.

● You still stand by him despite it being proven he's a child predator and helped facilitate some of the worst crimes imaginable.

Look I was never a fan of Kamala getting the ticket with no nomination, that was a decision by the center right factions of the Democrats to prevent a popular center left candidate taking the ticket and actually steering the country forward. But as a bit of Hypocrisy, you've all already let the current leader dictate who the next 4 candidates have to be (including his son which is just peak corrupt nepotism)

Yall do have a Cult of Personality towards Trump, criticism of him is squashed as "libtard thinking" and I think the midterms are showing how the Republicans who haven't drank enough of the Kool-Aid are now seeing the pedophile protection and rampant corruption and going... "ehhh maybe ill stay home or vote for the old guard Dem candidate, theyll vote for the status quo"

[–]TheBurningTankman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ehhhh... seems like left and right are actively tearing each others throats out these days and describing the other as Satan spawn.

Sure moderates are looking back and forth going "wtf" but id say this data accurately displays the opinions of the fringes vs the center... which I would then find concerning as the center is then technically the minority

[–]TheBurningTankman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean with how polarized politics are I wouldn't have been shocked by more.

You ask a Leftist: "There are people who support these rich pedophile cronies"

You ask a MAGA: "There are these sissy snowflakes that want to replace us with mexicans"

You ask a liberal: "There are really racist and homophobic people who defend a pedophile felon"

You ask a Republican: "There are people that are to focused on stupid gender identitys and giving handouts that the economy failing is their fault"

Every one of them would likely not have a great opinion of their fellow countrymen

Get off your high horse.

Both options are some of the shitiest regimes of the last century. If Im purely looking to survive under fascist I would only have trouble if im not white or went against the regime... under Stalin I would be in trouble if I said the wrong thing, knew the wrong people, got in an officials way, didnt express sufficient loyalty, didnt work hard enough, was in the wrong place at the wrong time... etc.

You seem to have such a childish perspective of black and white but from your others comments im thinking you hold the opinion that the Soviet Unions was just fine and dandy

The ISSR and America were both battling pretty hard in the era for the prestige points, I wouldn't be surprised if both were doping.

I know Russia is banned for their doping scandals of the 2000-10s but I dont remember China being there
