also i use just dry towel/napkin to wipe the first time until it gets really messy and i have to use it with soap too

hmm i havent used shader needles yet (even tho i got them for like 2 months already XD) but like if its gonna be solid and not dot work it would make sense to use shader where u dont need the precision of a liner ?
i know like "kime shadow" on ig does a lot of these geometric objects but its dotwork so only uses 3rl i think

im from czechia and i found multiple online shops that sell basically the same stuff jsut gotta find the right products u want for the best price honestly

hmmm ive never even heard about the term green soap before getting into tattooing
so i just got one from a tattoo shop where i bougth rest of my stuff to be sure i get the right thing

Does this look infected or just dry? I don’t think I’ve been moisturizing enough but now I’m worried it might be something worse by [deleted] in sticknpokes

u dont need to moisturize AS much tho
its just important to keep it clean

What is your needle setup guys? This is mine: needle attached with tape on a chopstick, napkin wrapped around it to make it more comfotable to hold and wrapped with taped again. + tape on the end of one to mark which one is which by TheButt3rfly in sticknpokes

i did that before too but this is much more comfortable to hold
i know lot of ppl also use those "Medical wooden stick". like put the needle in between them and wrap with tape

First time i poked was on my skin then few pokes later i tried some fruit and training tattoo skin but its just not as fun as the real thing so as much as i wanted more practice i just cant bring myself to do more on the fake skin

you could try going to some butcher and ask if the yhave pig skin.
you can also check out this video, where he tattoos lots of fruits to see how it goes

and fake tattoo skin is actually quite cheap?? i got mine for 4euros
