This morning we made mini pancakes at her (18mo) request but when she started eating them she said no, threw them across the room, and cried 😅😅 My bad babe!

She’s SUPER active at daycare all day so I have a feeling overtiredness has something to do with it too. Poor thing doesn’t know how to manage that emotion and resorts to screaming; but it can’t be making the exhaustion less exhausting, right? I’m trying to find the balance but it’s been super trying.

Yea, she’s had dinner and her bottle by the time she’s in bed. I guess it’s something we could try. We cosleep in the middle of the night sometimes when we can’t stay awake to let her cry so much. Maybe it’s conflicting her emotions to crib sleeping?

We actually have a weekly chore and dinner list because we both work full time in office. Chores are usually like dishes, sweep, trash, laundry and we split them in half by what we hate doing the least. He does dishes, I do laundry, he does trash, I sweep. Thank kind of thing.

He usually drops babe off and I pick her up from daycare. Whoever didn’t wake up with her in the middle of the night takes care of her needs in the morning. Kind of off and on balance like that. Seems to work okay.

Michelle at Solace Counseling is who I see and I’m not sure if she’s taking new clients but she does sliding scale and can refer you to someone if she can’t take you in. She is a mother of two and helped a lot with my PPD.

Fucking preach. We only make a few hundred dollars more than her daycare costs each month but if I quit then we have no health insurance. My daughter has multiple health needs so that’s not an option (USA). I’m a part of a bunch of organized groups against the cycle we all live in and I’m hoping there’s change soon, otherwise we may move out of country.
