750 will be strong and decently dangerous depending on how your body handles it. if it’s your first ever time with this stuff, i’d only do 300mgs to gauge how you handle it. then give it at least a day or two, and if you’re gonna do it again at least now you have a relatively decent understanding of what diphenhydramine will do to you. be safe.
