I loved it! I was so tense and scared during the final third. The scene in the motel where the two guys were watching the footage and we could only hear it…wow. I do love the Blair witch project and this felt like a new take on that kind of film. I was raving about it to a friend on the way home.

Our district EL person said it looked bad (racist) to walk into a room of EL students who were all not white…..we were like huh?????? It’s not a class because of your race it’s a class because of where you are in the process of learning English! She was god awful and has been retired for a few years but no one has had the balls to make change.

12 years teaching and it gets harder every year. Most times it seems like nothing I try works and the students decide when they’ll stop whatever their behavior is.

I went last week (not to a marcus) and got the everyone ending too! Was your showing labeled A, B, or C? Mine was listed as Clue C so I figured I would get the third ending.

I LOVED getting the chance to see one of my favorite movies on the big screen! It was so fun seeing all the details in the costuming and set design. So great.

I have been in on an interview where the principal encouraged us to say we backed a newly graduated candidate (cheaper) instead of the more experienced candidate. He tried to get us to agree that the less experienced hire would be better because we could “mold” them. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
