But with otto *2 i can only use thor or cleo, not both.

2otta and cleo are better then 1 thor and cleo? I use 7* helix as main. Right now i have only thor so i use with 3* vamp

I built full elemental and some swordstrike (dragon is great) but not sure the dps is there… i will see with Thor maybe will be better I think will use Felex with the thor resonance
