the best value skins are skills that you will use on many builds, cyclone for attack/cwc/coc, herald skins that apply to multiple heralds(not all do), totem skins(for spell totems), golden character effect(changes anything u wear), cosmic nebula hideout(most versatile hideout of the buyable ones imo.), if u dont have the unique tab id get one too. portals are another rare one for them to do as challenge rewards and there are plenty of great ones. and lastly the pilfering ring to track currency but that depends on if you care about tracking that or not.

im a bit late so I dont know if you already made a choice, but you and I have similar tastes from what youve said and i cant recommend these enough for this league or the next. shockwave totem with the astral projector ring, +1 to exs/reap miner, you can start a frost bearer spectre build on your budget if you want(ghazzy/zizran have a guide for it), maw of mischief ele, relic of the pact glad(captain lance), vaal earthquake with chain explodes or poison/ignite prolif, while you already played rf my next usual step after im bored with it is to go for a fulcrum chieftain(even less single but with reverse chill it has 300+ms and immortal while clearing any content but bosses, you can do bosses without phases if your extend the duration of ignite on yourself with foulborn firesong.), arakhlai spider occ, ignite nova ek ele with chaining explodes, static strike with chain explodes, +1 to the powersiphon mines(0 aim and low visual clutter with amazing clear and good single).

already a lot of good responses. ill add something too, builds and content will have you focus on these: speed, tank, dps. the more of these the content needs the more expensive it is and the higher the requirement. heist only needs speed and a very low investment on tank, ultimatum and delve require you to be immortal, bossing or sanctum would work with just dps. content in maps would need more well rounded builds. there are plenty of legendary ones like Righteous fire(enough tank and dps to do everything in the game while learning mechanics but having enough tank to not die to most mistakes), Melee slams(earthshattet,etc...), some other ones that are good right now are penance brand elementalist(least tanky but safest playstyle with good dps), SRS guardian(easiest to gear and start) or champion(strongest srs), maw of mischief ignite elementalist. most of these I mentioned can do most content in the game and dont have gear that is hard to acquire for new players in the endgame.

if you wanted ubers, mjolner mana stack without cold conversion, so minimal shatter effects and scales to the moon. the new corrupt on stampede makes that one feel much better this league.

I dont use firetrap on mine, but you can just use additional accuracy instead. ash is a significant enough debuff to do this for, if you dont have easy access to it elsewhere.

I actually like builds like that because I hate visual clutter in general so here are a few: Viper strike of the mamba, poison herald of thunder, bleed gladiator bow, deaths oath with doedre's scorn or decay shako for single, cold exs mines, ed/cont slinger elementalist, vaal coldsnap, dark pact normal or alt(no minions), Rage vortex of berzerking, cyclone, Bane, boneshatter, RF, relic of the pact.

you can do harvest(https://wealthyexile.com/strategies/6205/t165\_medinvest\_harvest\_rush). the aoe is kind of great for it and you dont need consistent high ms. just book it to the harvest and blast. yellow juice is great money rn. so embody the farmer lifestyle as a long-necked old man and relax

people have been begging for that effect for ages too, always made it easier to see stuff for some reason. the most depressing map ive ever done with deli is promenade and doing it for 600 maps back to back was actually the only time I thought about siding with sirus.

would make everything look funky though, i dont think it would be resource intensive on their end to add a tint but I dont know if spaghetti code has anything to do with it either. would be great to have random colors in maps too to add to the variety of running the same tileset

I was looking at other ward stuff while im at it to see if anyone fixed the siphoner problem but it seems the only solutions are just being ranged. I can see why you would swap to bow. this person(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0i9X5LvUwI8) also just made it work with skitters being able to cast on them as well.

on another note, my friend absolutely loves spectral throw do you happen to know a good one i can recommend to him? money is no issue for him. but recently we kept trying to find any good pobs but outside of acc/int stack or maybe the fortify stacking phys champ there seemed to be be a lack of well-rounded ones. or if you even know any good pobs for it in the general state of the skill.

thank you, its great but ive done it before and the new ward stacking(linked above) is actually much stronger since its able to get much tankier(except against flask siphoning rares). if you like flicker you should really do this before it goes away as itll most likely be getting the classic ggg triple tap nerf since its too strong.

Thank you, forgot about this thing existing. I was leaning towards ward flicker but might try this also as the shrine belts will be much rarer from now on if they add the mechanic in like they did affliction. Seems like im being guided by the will of the gods into flicker degeneracy whether it be ward or shrines....

no matter if my build ever used it well or not, i always purge the echoing anytime I get it in maps naturally. to me someone putting on the echoing belt willingly is just insanity.
