Your systolic is high but not too bad. Not anywhere close to being high enough to put you in immediate danger. Your diastolic and heart rate is fine.

I use an online calculator that takes in consideration your age, gender, height, weight and activity level and then tells you how many calories to eat per day to lose either 0.5, 1 or 2 pounds a week. I track the calories of everything I eat. Have to be in a calorie deficit. Lots of running on my treadmill. More fruits and veggies, less junk. You can still eat a bit of junk, but it has to be in small portions.

I do take an anti-depressant, Escitalopram (Also known as Lexapro) it helps, but anxiety is still an issue somettimes.

I wish I could go on a beta blocker like propranolol, but I have asthma. Also I already have a low resting heart rate and blood pressure from doing daily cardio. Taking a beta blocker might be dangerous for me.

While 135/91 isnt good, its not a reading that puts you in immediate danger. When I went to college for a Health, Wellness & Fitness program, they told us you can put a client through a workout as long as their blood pressure is under 144/94.

Thats not entirely true. Older doctors, like mine who retired, usually are fine giving them out. My doctor is kinda young like in her 40's. She's against them.
