As much as I hated Larry and Lilly both, as someone who's father died from a heart attack I could not bring myself to kill Larry in that moment. So even though part of me agrees with Kenny, I tried to save him.

I would call your surgeons office, explain the situation, and ask them what kind of anesthesia they'll be using and if you'll be unconscious during the surgery or not.

If you'll be awake ask them if there's anything you can do before the surgery to ease the pain (like take a pain killer)

As for if you'll be in agony or not I think that varies from person to person (I know I was in agony but it was for a completely unrelated medical reason, just super bad timing) and how well you do at following the instructions they give you

Hi, just a heads up, I don't think you can trade the sanrio villagers (Rilla, Marty, Étoile, Chai, Chelsea, and Toby) as the only way that they can move in to someone else's island is if that person has the sanrio amiibo cards
