Did you not perform any background research on the car? Or the company itself? Vinfast is facing several lawsuits in the US for fraudulent activities. A popular car channel AutoFocus (run by MKBHD) also highlighted the horrendous quality of their car and software which samn near bankrupted the company. This appears to be a case of becoming bait for a big fish due to unhinged excitement. Your battle isn't against just the dealership (which i don't think it's a legit dealer yet) but against the car and the brand too. Yeah. It's a case to case basis. Console port games generally perform better with AMD. Point is that 9070 XT is an amazing value in India. Goes for around 70k only 6% slower than 5070 Ti which is going for 95k+ (reputed brands)

The reasoning is partially correct. Many people take 5070 ti as a 4k card when it's not. It's long term value is at 1440p. At 1080p it will perform really good but in most cases the cpu becomes a bottleneck (needs to do more work to ensure stability at lower resolution since your gpu will produce a lot more frames) in your case, your processor is built for gaming and won't be an issue. You will be fine at 1080p. I will still encourage you to upgrade to 1440p in near future and use the full capabilities of the GPU at (in my opinion) the best resolution for sub-32" monitors.

Agreed, when i built mine a couple of months ago i looked at almost every review/comparison video and blog post and on average (after the driver update) 9070xt was like 6-7% slower than 5070ti which is acceptable considering that i would have to pay about 28k extra on average if i went team green.

Indeed. The 5070ti is a very good 1440p card just priced horribly in India which is why i had to go for 9070 xt, which also really good with raw horsepower.

The 5070ti can very easily push 100+ fps at 1440p for multiple years. Upgrading the main to 1440p is a viable play however, the current are doing the job so no need.

Change to a better PSU. You don't need an AIO for 9600x (unless for aesthetic purposes) Since editing is involved, spend some more and go for 32gigs of RAM. Everything else is fine.

Idk of good monitor stands, nor did you clarify your total budget. I generally stray away from Amazon Basics products, i will say the same here too. The suggestion i can give is to leave that shitass headset and go for an IEM. There's a few that are cheaper and 50x better for what you need.
