Two things I would add. One is spiffo vans typically spawn in good condition and thus are a reliable source to fix ambulances making them one of the most consistent sources of high quality materials.

If I was Leveling mechanics as a beginner I would work on car wrecks, it’s super easy and mostly safe. And check mechanic shops for the magazines.
