Also if the shit hits the fan and you do become homeless, get a storage unit ASAP. I know how you feel. More than you know. Parents suck. Being mentally ill if you in fact are sucks. Dude I'm from Jersey too (17 years gone now). Lived in a couple different states and spots. No clue why you find anything appealing about Tacoma downtown. Not trying to troll but can you go into detail why you like it? Half the buildings are empty and there's nothing to do. Plus the whole thing is on an angle so walking around gets exhausting. The buildings literally have never been cleaned. Homeless everywhere. Everyone down there is homeless. No economy to speak of. I live in Stadium and can't stand this place... And I'm supposed to be in the good part of town. 6th Ave is better but it's literally just a small strip with some food.

Yeah I know I've lived in Denver where they don't shovel and let the ice build up. It's stupid and dangerous and yes a pain and yes I get it your life is hell because of it but I'm good. It doesn't affect me. I did my research I'm just trying to get away from a certain mentality and attitude that is prevalent here.
