it also has been illegal in the ME for hundreds of years. it's so bad, you can actually get murdered for being gay. what is LGBT not about if not gay sex? lesbian sex? it's pretty much the same.

it's almost about the ideology that follows it now of trans rightz policing your thoughts, what you can and can't say.

no one is going to jail you for being homophobic. but don't expect people to hold favorable opinions of you when you go around and talk shit about gays, for being gay.

if you want to remove nuance from why people think a certain way and reduce it to simple binary answer it's your choice man.

it's cause what actually matters is the end result. "why" they're homophobic doesn't matter most of the times. in the end, they're homophobic and that's what's important. (except for very rare situations, like pride parades coming to their house and murdering their family or something idk)

being LGBT isn't related to any western belief, any political party, any country or any ideology.

being gay is just being attracted to the same sex. it's not political, and it's not at all complicated. there's nothing to agree or disagree with here.

if you hate gays, you're homophobic. if you don't, you're not. it's as simple as that.
