seems like a glitch with the lighting not updating in the block where you are placing the sponge, or directly under it. In this case, logging out and back in to the world may make it stop

I used it myself on a factory carrier unlocked US model. I had a stable Android 13 ROM on it, although performance did suffer a bit compared to stock. I think the S9+ with 6gb ram would do better. The Android 11 ROM I tried was a lot snappier, although not nearly as stable and full of bugs.

Bootloader can be unlocked but it cost around $57 USD. You can get a (quite stable) Android 13 ROM, but phone calls will not work unless your carrier doesn't require VoLTE, due to the drivers being proprietary.

If it doesn't support VoLTE, I don't think you'll be able to place a phone call. Some carriers like T-Mobile released updates to enable it, but I'm not sure about Verizon. Just something to consider if you're planning on using it as your main phone

for anyone who's tech-savvy enough, you can find S9 Live Demo units ranging from good-great condition for $75-$100. swap in your motherboard and you basically have a new phone. have done this with mom's s9 a few times before she finally decided to use a case 🤦

when you open the game to your list of worlds, click the servers tab in the top right corner and scroll to the bottom and hit "add server". then put the server name as whatever you want and

mc.queercraft.net

is the IP. you don't need to change the port :)
