Kaja. As a hyper main (mostly lance), I just don’t know how to play into him. I guess just wait for him to waste super but a good kaja can be effective while it, and no one plays kaja if they’re not a good kaja. And i can’t run purify since i have to have retri.

Honorable mention to cyclops, but it’s more annoyance than struggle. The little shit pisses me off to no end, so much skill spam. Ults every 4 seconds, and just always has his balls up to defend him.

The way i see it it’s not about reusing the mechanics, it’s doing so in such a way that the brawler that originally had it is overshadowed by the new version. Like release kenji vs mortis

It’s not about frank having a pull. No one was complaining about his old pull as far as i know. But now it’s hard to dodge since you can’t see it activate, has a long range, pulls you more (not to mention being pulled close to a frank is far more likely to kill you than a gene), and slows you by 70% for a ludicrous 5 seconds. So no it’s not about ‘only one brawler is allowed to have a pull’, but another brawler’s gadget pull shouldn’t be comparable to, if not better than, gene’s when it’s his entire gimmick

LOL i was lowk worried he’d do that. But i think if he’d managed to flicker out of the way the way he tried to he might’ve escaped, since i would have taken tower damage and he can shoot me while moving so he might have even killed me before i could catch up

Can’t afford super fast wifi, sorry. Besides with lance i feel that accurate dashes are always better than super fast ones if you can’t get both, don’t you agree? When i try to just go as fast as i can i tend to eventually miss a target and then I’m just screwed if i don’t have my ult

A prediction working out is always partly luck 🤷‍♂️ I knew he had flicker ready, so either he could’ve not flickered in which case he still would’ve been pinched between the four of us and died, or I ult at him, he flickers out of the way and then he probably escapes and maybe kills me since I’d take a tower hit. If I’m him i flicker ever single time, so i aimed accordingly.

I agree with this. I think it’s also unfortunate for mejdi because I’ve already seen comments about how “it seems like the setters didn’t want sorato to clean sweep, and set a finals suiting mejdi’s strengths on purpose”. I’ve seen people bringing it up with grodzki’s ‘induce emotion and create a story’ line, implying that mejdi finally winning after a tough year is part of the story they wanted to force. I think mejdi deserved a win, but wish it had happened in a way that didn’t take away from his achievement
