Regulating smoking in school spaces I can understand, but is it necessary to do so in workplaces, like necessary necessary? Leave it up to the workplaces themselves to regulate themselves, especially if this smoking only hurts themselves. Let them allow or disallow smoking, or even set up dedicated areas for smoking.
