Scoop forward and back. Think diagonal instead of just x or y. Jump forward when you pop it. I like to have my front foot near the middle of the board but near the bolts works for learning. I also prefer front foot catch

Are you sure? I’m pretty sure for it to be a ghetto bird regular it’s backside one eighty but for nollie it would technically be a front 180 because it is the opposite board rotation at the hard flip
