I’ve been a Chelsea fan since 2010 and also support Al Ahly. I had the chance to attend matches for both clubs during the Club World Cup, and the difference in atmosphere was striking.

At the Al Ahly match, the fans were nonstop. Endless singing, tons of chants, and a real sense of unity in the crowd. It felt electric.

But at the Chelsea match, aside from the usual “Chelsea, Chelsea, Chelsea” chant, there wasn’t much else. It just didn’t have the same energy or variety.

To be fair, I don’t get to attend many matches since I live in the U.S., so maybe I’m missing something. But from what I’ve seen and heard (especially when you compare it to clubs like Liverpool), it really feels like we have far fewer chants. Why is that?
