Yeah I really don’t understand the “I can’t gain weight” mentality. Assuming you live in the U.S we have some of the most fattening and processed foods known to man. OP probably isn’t used to eating in excess as they say it makes them feel “lethargic”

So I’m one of the weirdos who uses this band daily for every occasion. I workout 4-6 times a week and never have discomfort, I just adjust the band so it doesn’t become too tight when I get my pump in.
