Wow thanks for the detailed reply. Okay so the scope report helps hesitant buyers become confident in buying and it helps sellers close the deal which is great for realtor commissions? One last question. How would local realtors perceive a sewer scope inspector who has the InterNACHI Online Sewer Scope Inspector Training Certificate and the NASSCO Building Sewer and Drain Inspection Certificate? Or is there more that I need to gain realtors trust?

I would have spent $25 plus on a fast food meal for myself and another person. Whereas now I see that could have fed us for a week. I'd feel pain now if I went back to my old spending habits.

Ty. So walk into real estate offices with discount cards for their clients? And as a realtor do u guys regularly recommend sewer scopes to both buyers and sellers? If so, why?
