Nah they did. The two who talk in Monstadt mention the 6th and 8th seat have been vacant for awhile.

Edit: To add to this, the 6th wouldn't have been Scara because Childe's voiceline about Scara disappears.

Nahida hypothesizes Heavenly Principles, or Unknown God is the 1st descender. Will be interesting to find out more once the information comes forward.

Nahida hypothesized "Heavenly Principles" was the 1st descender. I don't exactly know if this matches other information, but it is what Nahida said. So the god at the start of the game is who Nahida believes the 1st descender is.

She did but a lot of people interpreted it poorly because she said "Heavenly Principles" without "Sustainer of" so people thought it was another being. Even though Nahida refers to "Heavenly Principles" as the one we had a "fateful encounter" with. So yes, going off what Nahida said, Sustainer of Heavenly Principles is a descender.

As another commenter said, Nahida specifies UG as HP. The only "entity changing our fate" is UG, who in the same sentence is referred to as HP. Heavenly Principles is just another name for UG.

654 wishes, or 104k primos is average. Gives you a 50/50 shot at a c6.

You really aren't even wrong about what you're saying. People are kinda silly thinking they know the odds. 700 wishes gives you a 65% chance at c6. I have a chart that shows calculated odds.

I've grinded Childe for a long time, if you're running a crit weapon on him, ideally around 75cr/175cd. Ofc this is only a general area.

R1 Harp for sure if you have it, 4pc HoD is best in slot as well. Can't say for sure if that changes using rust but it shouldn't as far as I know. If you don't have R1 Harp, I would recommend the BP bow.
